Marcus Peters, owner01You tell me about the project and I ask the questions that matter: the space, the problem, how you want to use it. I will tell you up front whether we are the right fit, before anyone drives anywhere.
02I walk the property with you. I want to hear your ideas first. I don't go in and say you need a fifteen hundred square foot patio. It sounds like you want enough seating for this many people, so let's design to that.
03You see the project drawn on your actual house and yard, with preliminary pricing, before you commit to anything. We adjust it together until it is right.
04Materials get confirmed, samples come to your house, and I spray paint the layout on the ground for your sign-off before we build. I am on the job site through the build, and I meet with you again once we are underway so nothing drifts from what you approved.
05We repair the lawn, clean up, and walk the finished project together. All of our builds and projects are warrantied because I stand behind what we build.

Inside a ten to fifteen mile circle of our yard in Mantua, most of Portage County and the near side of Summit. We keep it small on purpose, so Marcus can be on every job site.
It depends on what we are building. Patios range a lot in scope and budget. Call and describe the project, and Marcus will give you a range on the phone that actually means something for your yard.
On most projects, yes, and usually as a 3D rendering of your own house and yard. You see the project and preliminary pricing before you commit. It is the same drawing we use to get HOA approval when that is needed.
We use machines, and machines damage lawns. So lawn repair is handled by us and warrantied for six months as long as it is watered right. We do not leave a torn up yard behind a finished patio.
Yes. We pull the permits, work with the city and the township, and sit in the meetings when a project needs it. For HOAs, we present the 3D drawing with locations and setbacks to the board and get the sign-off for you.
No. We are a design and build company. No mowing, pruning or weeding contracts. We design it, build it, and hand it over set up to be easy to keep.
